Return Policy
What is the return period?
If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of purchase (outside Europe you have a period of 20 days), if not used and undamaged. Valid on all standard items and except for our custom-made products and the Swarovski collection, which are handmade to order and are therefore non-returnable.
How can I return my item?
- Try on or view the product as soon as possible after receipt and leave the packaging intact as much as possible. Please note that in case of damage to the product or dirt on or on the product, the return shipment will not be accepted. So, pay attention to the fitting that the product remains clean.
- If you want to exchange or return the product, download the return form here.
- Pack the product well and add the return form, the return shipment cannot be processed without a return form. It is then impossible for us to find out who the package comes from. If you want to send the product in a used box, remove old barcodes.
- Send the package with sufficient postage to the address below and keep the tracking code.
- We process the return within 7 days, if you want to exchange, we will send the new product for free.

I have received an incorrect/damaged item, what can I do now?
Did you receive the wrong item? Or is this broken? That is very annoying. We will definitely do something about that! We would like to solve this together with you. Therefore, please contact customer service first (support@uniq-bridles.onyxer.agency) Pictures speak louder than words! Mail us your details, photo and order number and we will contact you as soon as possible.
