How can I pay for my order?

Notice! With prepayments, your order will only be processed once we have received the payment. As a result, the shipment of your order may be delayed for a few days.
Is my payment secure?
No one is allowed to run off with your money unsolicited. That is why we use a secure internet connection as soon as you arrive at our virtual checkout. Then others don’t get the chance to secretly watch. This secure connection is called SSL and you can recognize it by the green lock in your browser.
How will my order be delivered?
For shipments within Europe, you can choose between PostNL and DHL. Outside Europe you can choose between DHLExpress, Fedex and UPS.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
Depending on whether you have chosen a pre-made or customize product, your order be shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number of “” with which you can keep an eye on the journey of your order. In the unlikely event that this takes a little longer, we will contact you.
What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbors. Aren’t they home too? Then your package will be brought to a pickup place near you. This way you have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you will pick it up.
What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium?
For the shipment of your order under € 100, € 4.95 shipping costs will be charged within the Netherlands. For orders over €100, shipping is free.
What are the shipping costs to other countries?
The shipping costs for orders within and outside Europe are calculated when you place the order. Please note that for deliveries outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties will be charged.
